Shipping Policy
Once you place an order, it will be shipped to the address designated by you, the purchaser. The shipping address must be compliant with any restrictions of the carrier. All purchases made from our site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Based on this, risk of loss and title for products pass on to you upon shipment of the product. If a package is damaged in transit, you are responsible to file claims with the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, notify UPS, FED EX or USPS. Have your tracking number ready to give them to file the claim.
HOW WE SHIP
- We ship to all 50 states. We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm Eastern Standard Time and most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Customers can request other UPS services, such as Next Day, Same Day Service, etc. Shipping rates are higher for 2nd Day, Next Day or Same Day Service, calculated by the UPS or USPS.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Handguns must be shipped 2nd Day Service by either UPS or USPS. Rates are calculated by UPS and / or USPS.
- Alaska and Hawaii customers should contact us for shipping rates.
- Orders may arrive in more than one box with the invoice on the outside of the box.
- We offer local truck deliveries within certain routes in Pennsylvania (delivery charges do apply), please feel free to call 814-765-1663 to inquire about delivery routes and rates.
SALES TAX
- We are based in Pennsylvania, therefore, we only charge 6% sales tax to PA residents.
- If you live outside of Pennsylvania, there is no sales tax charged for online orders. You are responsible to pay any sales and/or use tax due in your state of residence.
ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION
- All shipping times are quoted in business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.
- Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
- In-stock orders placed before 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday) usually ship same day.
- We do our best to get your package out on time, however the transit times listed are estimated and cannot be guaranteed by Grice Gun Shop, Inc. Please plan accordingly.
- Same Day Shipping is available on most, but not all items.
- Orders shipped to HI and AK must be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail.
- Expedited Shipments- 2nd Day and Next day must provide a street address. Carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box
- An email will be sent to you upon shipment, listing the tracking number and carrier.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping, even if a package is refused. If an issue arises with a selected FFL dealer, whether the background check is denied or the sale cannot be completed for any reason whatsoever, the customer is fully responsible for shipping costs to return the merchandise to Grice Gun Shop. By completing an order through this website, you are acknowledging and consenting to the above statements and claim full responsbility for any and all shipping charges for your order.
- Shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order.
- Weekends and Holidays will delay shipment.
- Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for overweight/oversize or hazardous items.
- We will ship the products the most economical carrier based on the delivery destination and the package size.
- Adult signature is required for ammunition and firearms.

EXPORTS
- We currently do not export any product outside the United States.
UNITED STATES ORDERS (Miscellaneous Shipping Information)
- Restocking Fee - 15% of order total.
- NSF Fee - $50.00 per returned EFT
- We do not ship C.O.D
- Shipping rates (UPS or USPS) are based on weight, size of product, zone (location) and the method of shipment you choose.
- Residential and Commercial rates do vary.
- **Hazardous Material Fee- $45.00 per package*
(Note: Different Hazardous Materials CAN NOT ship together such as primers and powder.)
(Hazardous Materials can not be shipped by air express.) - Overweight/Oversize items - Additional charges may apply. This is due to the UPS/USPS
DIM charge - Dimensional Weight of a box exceed the actual weight. We will contact you to advise if this DIM fee applies. - We do not refund shipping cost for items returned.
(Wrong Size, Wrong Item Ordered, Customer Changed Mind) - Returns must be within 30 Days of purchase with Grice Gun Shop approval
- Grice Gun Shop, Inc. Shipping Errors - Shipping will be refunded
- We will only ship to the address listed . We do not ship to P.O. Box
- Defective Items- These must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or refund
- You, the customer is responsible to know your state and local laws regarding specific product you may want to order.
- Certain oversize/overweight items cannot be shipped and must be picked up or delivered by Grice Gun Shop, Inc.
