Seems to work fine, esp. for $295!

Picked up TH40, brought home, swabbed bore, oiled slide rails. Test fired w/ CCI Blazer ammo. Two magazines full functioned just fine! The next .40 cal. up the ladder costs $85 more; I like this one! I like hammer fired, DA/SA pistols! Also comes in compact model. Buy before price increase!
